Forget about getting your tax certificate from these folks.
I can't understand in this technological age it's so difficult to get a tax certificate from Alex Forbes? No option to download it from their website. When you call you're placed on hold for almost 30minutes till you give up. When you use the messaging option under 'contact us', NO one contacts you. Why kind of a financial institution is this?
