Forbes - Pension Fund Withdrawal - 3 Months and counting!!!

I have resigned from my company 3 months ago and withdrew my pension. Alexander Forbes still has not paid me out, it takes them 3 days for an email reply.

I have dealt with other companies who paid out in under 2 weeks, I cannot see why it takes Forbes over 3 months to pay out my pension!!!

From Day 1 there was issues even with accessing my profile.
