False promises

<p>My documents are all with Forbes since my mom's passing over a year ago. This year was supposed to have been the payout. I called in and the payment request was made last week Thursday according to AF. I was told the money would be in on Wednesday. Wednesday arrives: nothing. I called, they said it should be in by Friday. Today is Friday, and nothing is in. Meanwhile, I'm orphaned and unablw to keep afloat of my affairs. Another lady told me that she would escalate my matter and it would take another 3 to 5 working days just to get feedback. That's unacceptable.</p>
