False information regarding payout

Been waiting from September 2015 for the bid vest unclaimed benefit to payout. We were told it was to pay out inSeptember then we were told it will pay out October and again guaranteed it will be paid latest November 30th. Phoned today that can not tell us when payment will be made. They do not know when it will be. We keep phoning which is costing us and we keep getting inaccurate dates regarding payment. The excuse each time is it hasn't been finalized by the financial department yet, more than that they can not say.
