Failure to settle my claim

I was involved in a car accident on the 1 March 2014, I was forced by the SAPS officers to taken blood samples and I was charged for drinking and driving. Alexander Forbes had based their decision only on a written statements of the arresting officers and of the doctor who took the blood samples from me during the time of the accident. Alexander Forbes refused to wait for the blood test results from the Forensic laboratory. I did explain to them that they should rather wait for the blood results from the Forensic laboratory before closing the case, they refused and concluded by repudiating my claim. in February 2015 the results came back from the Forensic Laboratory, and my results showed that I was not driving under the influence of alcohol' 0.03%' as the legal limit is 0.05%. their own policy state \ they don't cover any driver who is driving under the influence of alcohol or above the statutory limit"in this case i'm not above the limit nor I was driving under the influence. now they have hired their doctor to do some calculations to prove that I was above the limit. im very disgusted by Alexander Forbes for treating me in this manner."""
