Failure to receive feedback from Alexander Forbes

Hello Peter <br> <br> Last week Friday I posted about the unclaimed benefits that have not been paid out to my mom for months after she had completed all documents. <br> <br> Up to date no response has been received from Alexander Forbes other that a response i got on my email saying they are attending the matter. <br> <br> Nobody had bodered to call us and provide us with an explanation so that we know what's stopping the payment to be processed.<br> <br> What an unfairly treatment and experience we have experienced, its shocking to know that they do not care for the families of their respective clients. <br> <br> Thanks Peter, hoping we would find a closure to this matter one day.
