Failure to pay unclaimed benefits

My grandfather Bevula Joseph Ngema with identity number *** 082 passed away in 2012 January without claiming his monies. My mother Thoko Ngema who can be contacted on *** had been making that claim and completed all documents for the claim but up to date she has not recieved anything.<br> <br> I called Alexander Forbes on *** and we have been told same story for the past three weeks that money has been sent to the bank but has not been relased due to some unexplained reasons. We had been calling them, we'll wait for more than 30minutes before the call can be answered but still we would be told that money would be released in 2 days but up to today that the claim has not been paid to my mother.<br> <br> On the 8th October my mother travelled all th way from EMondlo (Vryheid) to Alexander Forbes offices to sign the indemnity clause forms for the application to be processed but still she has not been assisted with the claim. This thing has caused her heartache now, especially being told empty promises everyday if we call Alexander Forbes.<br> <br> My mother can be contacted to explain the matter further, she's frustrated now.
