Failure to pay pension to surviving spouse

My mother (Mrs TA Botha) as a surviving spouse has still not been paid her pension by Alexander Forbes on behalf of Goldfields. We are going for our 2nd month now, the 25th of each month being the normal pay date. Are there not laws as to how pensioners are treated? ***/***
