FAILING TO PAYOUT!!!

Alexander Forbes service is pathetic 😒, I submitted my moms provident payout benefits in November 27 2021 , and her company emailed them on the 28 Nov 2021. I have not received any communication from them whatsoever, no sms, nothing I called them and was advised that there was nothing submitted to them yet I have all the emails as proof, I called today on the 31 Jan 2021 and spoke to one of the persons that was email “ Anxious Ncube” She advised me that no action has been taken , for no reason whatsoever, she said she will revert back to me and the Hr where my mother used to work, these people are forgetting that there’s bills that need to be PAID!!!!!!
