fail to honour class commitments
everything was submitted and its over 7 mnths the beneficiaries has not receive the payout that you promised it will reflect before the 14 th April 2024 nothing . Everytime you call, its a different story. They no sense of urgency to help their clients. How many more months must we wait . I lost count how many times I’m calling AF for feedback and every time it’s a different story.
