Alexander Forbes is the worst corporate company I have dealt with I am trying to contact them for three days and even left my details to be called back as they failed to submit an ROT to Sars and I am unable to process my tax return because of their incompetence. This is absolutely unacceptable and frustrating. They deserve a zero star rating not even a 1. Waiting for a call back or answer is like eating ones own flesh.
