Extremely Unhappy

I recently made contact with your company and I was promised that feedback will be given to me within 3 days. To date it has been over two weeks and I still await feedback.<br> <br> I also requested for a motor vehicle quote via an email sent to me by your company and to date did not receive a call.<br> <br> I called your company relating vehicle insurance and the lady did not get back to me.<br> <br> This is poor service and suggest that staff should be given proper training relating to customer service in order to get back to customers on time. How many people must have been taking their business else where.
