Extremely Terrible Company!

This Company is the most pathetic Company ever! They loose Documentation, a a huge lack of Communication! My Mother in Law has waited almost 4 Years for her partners Pension Fund pay out and until this hour, they never get back to you, they have you hold the line so long and never respond to emails. They were the ones who reached out first, now there is no communication whatsoever on the process! Your staff and you are a business are not able to do what your're suppose to! You should be ashamed of yourselves toying around with others lives!
