Extremely poor service. Zero feedback

I am extremely disappointed, having started a new job at the beginning of this year, it was compulsory that i take out a provident fund with Alexander's Forbes "LEGAL PROVIDENT FUND ". According to the calculations i am contributing 2.5% of my salary and my company is contributing 2.5% in total it is R4006.00 for the past 7months i have only accumulated about R27000 give or take. What im struggle to understand is that is i have a Discovery Provident separately which i have been contributing R600 a month and has made a turnover of R12000 for this year, this is extraordinary that 200% whilst Alexander Forbes is doind absolutely nothing in terms of growth or compound interest. Now i wish to speak to them to enquire whether my company can continue contributing whilst i stop my 2.5 contribution and they are avoiding me. No feedback or calls or responses besides the standard copy and paste email. I am disappointed my money is stuck and i want it out. And this horrible insurance company just wouldnt assist in any way. If i could give them a 0% rating i eould and i will tell every person to think twice before giving them your money. In my case i donot have a choice that right was taken away from me.
