Extremely poor service & Reliable Feedback

To whom it may concern,<br> <br> Poor, poor service - extremely bad communication with regards to reporting back on a claim payout which is now 5 weeks overdue to me as the client!<br> <br> Call center can often not assist, often being put on hold for more than 40 minutes at one time.<br> <br> Judging by the number of complaints against Alexander Forbes - this should be highly regarded as a matter of importance to a company that is being held in the market as a financial institution.<br> <br> Totally unacceptable & more so Highly UNPROFESSIONAL!<br> <br>
