Extremely poor service from Alexander Forbes

I have had a problem submitting my tax return for 2020 as there is an error with the IRP5 submitted by Alexander Forbes for the transfer of my provident fund when I was retrenched last year. I contacted both the contact centre at Alexander Forbes and the peron responsible for the IRP5's. The contact centre were completely useless and in fact I never actually spoke to an agent as the calls were unanswered for so long that I hung up on the calls. I then contacted their tax department who firstly advised that it was a SARS problem. I then spoke to SARS who pushed me back to Alexander Forbes as they had been responsible for uploading the IRP5.

I have had to continually request feedback from Alexander Forbes, and all i receive is a message to say that an email has been sent to someone to fix the problem. To date the problem is still not resolved, and as far as I am concerned Alexander Forbes have done nothing.

Furthermore, I feel they have been completely unprofessional, as surely they should provide feedback, it shouldn't be up to the client to keep following up.
