Extremely Poor Service and it takes more tha 11 weks to get your claim

<p>The company I was previously working for was with a company called Tenant. The company was extremely professional and effective until my previous company parted ways and signupp with Alexander Forbes.</p> <p> </p> <p>I previously resigned with my previous employer and its now 12 weeks have not received my Provident fund claim. I was told it takes 5 to six weeks. I need to pay for my child school fees and invest some of the money but no one seems wants to assist.</p> <p> </p> <p>I recently had a discussion with a lady called Fikile from the administration department. She said the claim will be paid out this Friday, suddenly I called and was informed that she is off duty.</p> <p> </p> <p>If I had power I would have persuaded my ex emplyer to stay with Tenant. Alexandra Forbes is not competent and effective.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now also planning to take this matter to my lawyers and to the papers. </p>
