I am writing this with joy in my heart heart, after numerous occasions calling Alexforbes following up on my claim. I really got frustrated everytime I speak to one of the team members as I was getting different stories, until I sent an email to Mr Jack Motlou, it was hardly 5mnts I received feedback from him, He also called me during the day for an update and that was a dream come true, My situation was very bad financially as I'm currently not working. He understood every little thing, And guess what my claim was paid the following day, Alexforbes thank you so much for having people like Jack, he is indeed an asset to your organisation.
