Extremely bad service

<p>I resigned from my previous employer in March and finished in April. Upon my resignation I clearly requested that a small portion of my funds be paid out in cash and that the rest ( which was on pension and provided fund) be kept in the preservation fund. Firstly I struggled to have the first instruction carried out ( cash payment) I had to wait months to get it done of which the problem was the company's systems.</p> <p>I always had access to my funds online but it was disabled for sometime while my instructions were carried out. I now canaccess my online profile but I see that only the pension fund has been transferred and the provided funds are missin. I called the contact centre numerous times and the consultant will make me wait for 20 minutes while they check. My line would get cut without any feedback and they would not even bother to phone back. I have never seen such *********** people I'm my life. The service I have received so far is super pathetic. I need someone to urgently tell me where is my provided fund and when will it reflect on my profile. This is rather urgent I need to plan .</p>
