Extreme pathetic to No service

This company has been nothing but extremely bad on the service that they supposed to render to their client. I started contacting them since early September to declare my pension funds to SARS. Been calling, sending email, talking to managers, admins with all names but to this day they still not declaring my payout. SARS won’t accept my return because of them and they don’t even care. I had explained this I’m exhausted.
