Extraordinary Fees

To whom it may concern,

I have looked at my most recent statement provided by Alexander Forbes and are astounded by the amount of fees charged on my Preservation Fund monthly.

I feel that a reductions of the units in my preservation fund unit holding just on fees on a 6 monthly basis is not honourable or acceptable and I would like to have a breakdown of exactly what services and administration is actually included in this fee.

I have made my own calculations and worked out that the reduction in fees will eat away almost 30% of the current units held by the time I retire.

Please could you give me feedback on this as soon as possible and let me know what my options are to either reduce the fees or transfer/pay out the balance.
