Exemplary service

I phoned into the contact center yesterday for assistance with my tax directive for my tax return. I dealt with a consultant named Cleoshe who patiently listened to my query and was in the process of requesting further assistance from the tax consultants, when I had to end the call as I was late for a meeting. I tried calling back and received a message that an email had been sent to me. Not knowing what this really meant, I waited to receive the email.

Not long thereafter, I received an email from Brent, a Broker Service consultant at Alexander Forbes, providing me with the necessary documentation and guidance with regards to communication with Sars.

I would like to commend Cleoshe for escalating my query, even though I did not complete the call with her. This shows that she goes the extra mile so that clients don't have to call back, and that she takes action, even though our call was not completed. And to Brent for comprehensive guidance and making me feel like I was just not another number, but asking me to let him know if my query with SARS was resolved.

Alexander Forbes is definitely for the people and it is an absolute pleasure to deal with an organization such as this
