execution of deceased estate

For the past 4 months Alexander Forbes has been winding up my late aunts pension fund that she had with them.

My aunt had a Will and had mentioned that all her interested must go to her nieces and nephews, no where did she mention anyone else.

In spite of the above Alexander Forbes still makes the decision to payout her pension fund to her siblings who where not mentioned as beneficiaries on the pension or anywhere on the Will.

I personally find this very ********* and inappropriate. I feel that ignoring the Will was a major mistake on their part. I am offended and disgusted by the way they handled the matter.
