Excellent service

I was unemployed from the company I worked from 12 November 2020.On 16 November I sent all my documents to HR.On 16 December Alexander Forbes found out that Cellc only sent my documents on 16 December.I was so upset with HR for taking so long with docs.I then emailed 4 emails of Alexander Forbes begging if my money could be paid before Christmas since I had no money and no food.AF let me know its a 4 to 6 week process.I was overwhelmed on 24 December a day before Christmas my money was paid in.Thank you so much Alexander Forbes for this blessing.It means the world to me that I could have food to give my family.Thank you from the bottom of my heart.I truly appreciate it.Excellent service I must say.God bless you all and stay safe.
