Excellent service

I would like to take this time to thank Alexander Forbes for my policy pay-out. I phoned on Friday and I was informed that the pay out process will only start on the 20th of August. Monday I received an sms that payment was being processed. Tuesday 19 Aug I phoned to confirm if they have all the documentation and information and the lady said that the derivative from SARS was requested and received on the 19th and she said it will take a further 2 weeks to finalize. This morning not even 12 hours after speaking to them pay out was received. I am in total awe at the friendly service and prompt feedback and the results that greatly exceeded expectations.<br> <br> I look forward to doing business with AF in the near future.
