Excellent Claims Handling

<p>I had a claim for my damaged stove. I obtained a quote and damage report. I submitted the claim amd was then advised again that the insurer will send out their contractor to look at the stove.</p> <p>I was upset due to the fact that they are sending another person out and delaying the claim. But Doris Mahome and Tiyani Mavunda went out of their way to make my claim a pleasant experience. I was continuously updated on the progress of my claim which was highly appreciated.</p> <p>I commend these two superstars at Alexander Forbes.
