EX HUBBY AWAITING FOR HIS PORTION OF PROVIDENT FUND FROM 2016 TO DATE

My divorce was finalised in Aug 2016 , to that my Ex Husband hasn't received his portion of my provident fund from A.F, He has sent the all the required documents and when he made a follow up they advised that they were not received, I personally sent them to : *** and *** and later to <***> still nothing happened, them I called on the 18/07/19 was told that someone will get to me in three worming days , to date im still waiting, I have tried calling them more than 5 times they made me hold for more than 30 minutes in all the calls, can you please gibe my EX hubby what is rightfully his?? I cant believe it took you more than 3 years to sort this out .
