Error code 9857 Directive outstanding

I had to request my tax directive for a lump sum that was paid out to me upon leaving my previous employee. A few days later I received it from Zane Neethling. I finally got around to doing my e-filing and as I was about obtain the results of the tax calculator an Error 9857 - Lump sum declared but directive outstanding appeared on my screen. Can someone please assist in this matter as I do not have time to run back and forth between AF and SARS to sort this matter out. Your urgent assistance would be greatly appreciated. <br> <br>
