Enough automated responses to wallpaper a room, but no REPLY!
<p>Trying to find out whether my pensioner's certificate of existence has been received by Alexander Forbes, who administer the pension scheme for ex-Durban council employees. Have sent endless emails since May but no response. Phone calls just result in being left hanging until the call is dropped. Shocking non-service!</p>
