Endless Login Issues & No Support – Still No Tax Certificate from Alexander Forbes

I have been trying for over two weeks to access my investment tax certificate from Alexander Forbes — with no success.

I’ve lost my login details and attempted to reset them, but the system refuses to accept my ID number, saying a login already exists. It won’t allow me to reset anything.

I’ve sent multiple emails to various Alexander Forbes support addresses, including screenshots from my SARS return showing the tax certificate number and financial data. All I’ve received are automated responses telling me to log in — which I obviously cannot do.

This is now holding up my SARS tax submission, and I am beyond frustrated. The lack of real human support is shocking for a company handling people’s investments.

I urgently need someone at Alexander Forbes to either reset my login or email me the tax certificate directly — anything other than another automated message.

Please resolve this immediately.
