Empty promises of investigations & feedback

Follow up Number 6 It would be nice for Alexander Forbes to provide feedback when we write reviews on this platform. And not just to make quick replies of empty promises. Still waiting for the promised feedback on the below:

What a pathetic service from this company. The client service behavior is so pathetic to say the least. Been waiting with an outstanding claim nearly close to two months with no feedback what so ever. I hope that I will never have to deal with this company in the future.
