Empty promises Alexander Forbes

If there was less than 1 that I could give to them it would because 1 is to mutch to give them. 4 months later and still did not receive my pension money. Have to call them every 3-5 days because that is there answer to all ther questions or answers. If I don't ask why have my claim not been dealt with they take 12-15min to come back to you and say mam in 3-5 days this will be sorted out. All the Veronica's, Tshollovellos at Alexander Forbes, according to the encounter they are administrators and leaders of a team with empty promises that I wish I never ever had to dealt with but unfortunately our company only deal with this company.... if company's with draw al there funds from a company like this just for 4 months this place will come to fall and will know how it feels to have to wait another 3-5 days for NOTHING....
