Empty promises

I was called by a tracer in May and she told me that I have money from my previous employer and I should fill in the forms to claim the money and I did that she also asked me to phone Alexander Forbes which I did and they sent me an email stating that I was going to get the money 4 to 8 weeks and I have not received any payment and when I call I am given a run around
