Efficient and No Responsive

I recently submitted a Unclaimed form to Alexander forbes for a Mr JA McAnally, (ID ***) to which I attached all the relevant documentation needed to process the claim, The simple request was where was the Pension Fund contributions transferred to during his tenure at Milady's from 01 June 1998 to October 2006.<br> The response from Alexander was a refund deposited into his bank account of R871.00 with no explanation , followed by a Tax Certificate for the said amount.<br> <br> Still no explanation as to what happened to the original contributions or whether to was transferred to his bank account , a preservation fund etc.<br> <br> My enquiry again at the Unclaims Department was met with :<br> <br> 1. Do I have POWER of ATTORNEY (did they provide Mr McAnally with the POA Form to complete so that I can act on his behave, no.<br> 2. I was give an email address to which Mr McAnally had to submit his enquires who now incidentally lives in Thailand and only comes to SA once a year.<br> <br> To date we have still not had any positive response from Alexander Forbes as to what happened to the original Pension Fund Contributions or what the refund of R871.00 was form. Shocking and disgusting!!!! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Alexander Forbes Insurance to Alexander Forbes Financial Services by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
