I am an Edcon Employee waiting for months now for my provident fund money from Alexander Forbes.if you phone them they tell you they dont know when you I will get money.This is unacceptable!If you ask to speak to a manager,you might wait for a year for them to take your call.ALEXANDER FORBES you suck!!!!!!!!

20 Jan 2022, 10:55Monday 17 January 2022 I phoned Alexander Forbes complaints Department.I spoke to someone named Kusha explaining me trying for months to get my money from Alexander Forbes.Not very helpful he said that he will sent my request to their customer care and cc me.I received the email saying I will get feedback within 48-72hours.Till now NO response from them.Why cant I get any information on when I will get my money.My hard earned money.How could Edcon leave us to struggle with these people to get my money.Anyone reading my complaint please please help me to get my money from Alexander Forbes.Should I phone the newspapers or what should I do.I am realle desperite!!!!HELP ME PLEASE!!!
