DONT USE ALEXANDER FORBES USELESS!!!!

I have been retrenched since the 31 Dec 2024. Since that time, I have been calling in and emailling to find out what is happening. Each time I call, I hear different stories but no action and no email advising the update of my withdrawal. The APP does not work, checking my profile on the internet, and it gives half information. lies lies! I have spoken to a team lead by the name of Jasmine Shongweja who promised me that she will be doing the necessary and will be incontact with the "admin" team. She did absolutely nothing to even try to solve my issue. I requested an email from her to keep me in the loop, no feedback, no email, no call. The last call I made today to find out what is happening to MY withdrawal/money and i was told that the money was vested again and now they need to redo it! I have never heard such garbage before in my life! This is my money that I have been waiting for. I cannot be calling in everyday or waiting 6-14 working for the funds to reflect and then NOTHING happens! Every agent/Team lead sings a different song! I want a MANAGER to contact me with a solution and to keep me in the loop of every process as I do not trust an agent nor a team leader! I am giving you 12hours!
