I submitted a Tax Free Saving claim 2 weeks ago, even today it's not yet acknowledged nor actions.

I was told it's gonna take 2 working days for acknowledgement n about 7 days for pay out, yet nobody respond to my emails nor calls.

I am told about Thandeka who's designated for Netcare employees but since nobody gives me her contact number nor email address. I need this is a ****. Nobody even is willing to assist me with cancelation
