The worse client facing team you will ever meet in your life! They don't respond to emails, I have an email trail where I'm begging for feedback. They don't take or return calls and God forbid you have a loved one who has passed like I did, they don't provide you with any breakdown of how payment was calculated or the amount you have been taxed. You just get an eft and SURPRISE, deal with it! Honestly this horrible service from a company of this magnitude has left me disgruntled and added to the trauma of losing a loved one. The trustees also don't take into account the split of funds per the deceased wishes. They hide behind "the pension fund act" even when the parties are present in a meeting and stipulate to please stick to the split per the deceased wishes.
