Does Alexander Forbes Pay Claims?

At this point I just want to know if my claim will ever be paid? I have been getting a run around since March 2022. I was told a month after my claim was submitted that AF could not located my last date of contribution, I communicated this with my former employer and followed up with AF if the information was received. Their admin said they had not received any communication, I requested my employer to copy me in the email and further forwarded the email to AF administrators that had taken my follow up call. An additional 3 weeks later, the progress on my claim still shows “last date of contribution query “ , the query that should have been cleared 3 weeks ago! On top of that, there seem to be no way forward, the financial administrators responsible are nowhere to be found, and none of them can be reached in the office, emails or telephonically. At this point I just want answers !! I wish employers would give employees options to choose who to invest with, based on AF reviews, I wouldn’t have chosen to invest here!
