Do your work and pay ME MY MONEY!!!

On the 8th of December 2015 I left my employer. We completed all necessary documents and submitted these to AF. A month later(Jan 2016) I followed up with AF about the status of my claim, only to be told that they required a copy of my ID and bank statement. I was asked to email these through and call back after 30min of submitting to check if they have received...I called in and after holding on for ever they confirmed receipt.<br> <br> I then asked about the time frame/how long It will take before I get my MONEY and I was told in 3days tops. I also took it upon myself to share the predicament I'm in with my landlord and rent payments and how serious the mattter is and how I can get evicted. BUT it seems not only is AF heartless, they just don't care. Its been Two weeks now I've been waiting for my MONEY. I'm about to be evicted today - I HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY NOW.<br> <br> I have to keep phoning your call centre everyday for a different stories and lies. And hold on while you try to cook something to derail me. You playing with peoples emotions and Lives.<br> <br> Can you please just do your work and PAY ME MY MONEY so that I can continue with my life.<br>
