Do you really have to go to an attorney to send a letter to Ombudsman for a statement?
I have been requesting my first statement for months. There has never been a more difficult process to get a statement. I have received calls from so many people, from so many departments, and never received what is requested. I will have to go to an attorney to send the Ombudsman a letter requesting the same. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!!
