do not place trust in Alexander forbes

I had submitted my forms to get the provident fund payout more than 2 weeks ago. I had been informed in a telephonic conversation with Zakhele Sibisi that it would take 2 weeks. Then I had to contact him back a few days later just to get a very brisque email telling me to wait while its being processed. I have contacted him last friday and again today for an update as he had promised me that the funds would be in my bank by last week. He has not even bothered to respond at all. I find this extremely poor and unprofessional service. I will be taking this complaint to social media as well since clearly i was fobed off and am now being ignored
