Do not invest with Alexander Forbes!!

I submitted a fund claim more than two months ago. I phoned several times and everytime they say they are getting back to me but I am not getting any response. I will close my account with them and invest somewhere else. That is very bad service. Their fees are so high and you are getting very poor service from them. Pathetic!!
