Do not invest with Alex Forbes!
My mother passed away in August 2025 which se had an portfolio with Alex Forbes. Submitted an claim in September 2025 and getting feedback or progress on your claim is non existent. This being said it is now February 2026 and I've been calling en emailing about 3 to 4 times a month to get answers.
I will not recommend anyone investing with Alex Forbes as they are quick to take your money, but submitting an claim or withdrawal you will struggle!
