DIVORCE CLAIMS PROCESS

I currently have a divorce claim with AF - the thing is after finally getting in all the correct orders / claim form etc. it is now with the actuaries ... it's been 2 weeks (yes I know pay out takes 60 days) but my issue is that you never get a straight answer. If you call - the person on that side can only see what notes the Divorce department has put in but they can give you any more info on the process ... again .. how long does it actually take..if you google to see how long all this takes - it's just gives you the generic info ...that's on the site and their automatic replies - nothing more / nothing less. It would actually be nice if you could chat to someone who can give you more definitive answers - it seems like they are too hesitant to give out info which I feel I am privy to as this is my claim. so we are on day 18 as per my calculations (I don't even know if they work on business days or does this include weekends). If someone at AF Divorce department an actually call and explain all ...that would be GREAT!!! Whats even more scary is this whole two pot payout claims -I've read on here that people have been told 20 days and still haven't received their payout - I guess my worry is that once the 60 day mark is reached I still wont have my payout.
