Divorce claims

Good morning I am a 37 year old and divorced on the 8th of December 2023, myself and spouse we agreed on the settlement that we will share 50% of our pensions. I am a defendant and my spouse is a plaintiff working under Psira and his pension is withheld by Alexandra Forbes l submitted a decree of divorce wanting to put a request to get my 50% share claim they said they the pension fund name cited on the decree is incorrect and l told them that this is the information that was provided by the member. They rep**** by saying that should the member want to withdraw his money he will get his monies. I sent them an email to say l have an order from court can they please flag into their system so that the member doesn't withdraw from the fund until the matter is finalised but no respond till to date. I have appointed an attorney to deal with the matter we have submitted an application for variation and we were given the date for hearing by the court 5 April we sent to Alexander Forbes on the 09/02/2023. Yesterday my lawyer got an email from Alexander Forbes consultant that the member has made a claim but monies haven't been paid, The member has sent a request from my employer to withdraw his 50% yet myself am struggling with the process of amending the decree of divorce which is cited with the wrong fund name. Case no 000325/2022 CAS-***-P0B1F4 I need assurity by Alexander Forbes, if the matter was acknowledge and flagged in order for the member not to do any withdrawal from the fund my contact details is ***. I feel like Alexander Forbes is failing me coz one second l put the request and nothing happening all of a sudden a member made a claim on his monies while there is an application variation done and hearing date issued by the court.
