Divorce Claim Horror

On the 6/12/2018 I dispatched divorce claim documents against my ex-spouse through post-net to the address: Alexander Forbes, 115 West Street, Sandton and trace number from post-net PN ********** 90. However when I phoned on the 14/12/2018 to find the status of my claim the consultant told me that they haven’t received the documents and she advised me that I should email the documents to ********** which i did on the same day and immediately i received auto reply of acknowledgment of the email and i should receive feedback within 2 working days of which i didn't get and subsequently i kept on making follow ups tirelessly of which i got told that the administrators are busy determining the divorce enforceability and i should receive the feedback before the 26/01/2019 which i didn't receive. Today the 01/02/2019 i again called alexander Forbes to get the status of my claim and i got a very disturbing news from the honest consultant that he told me that they haven't started with my claim and he then searched and found the email that i sent on the 14/12/2018 to request that they must start with my claim......I am very disappointed on how Alexander Forbes has handled my claim, dishonestly, carelessness and i can certainly say that i am defeated by their treatment.....my employer has over 30 000 employees which i believe their pensions are with Alexander Forbes and i am asking myself if this how we should be treated and i think i should make my employer aware of this treatment we receiving from Alexandre Forbes.
