Distraught

Hi this is officially my third formal complaint on Hello Peter relating to Alexander Forbes each time they send an automated response and today I have received no joy. My case was assigned but when I rep**** to the agent the message returned as on leave, please justify how this assist me in any way shape or form. My only resolution to this matter is to report Alexander Forbes to the ombudsman as their failure will lead to my tax no compliance and Sars will hold me accountable not them.
