Dissatisfied

I am very frustrated with how A Forbes has failed to assist my brother with his pension fund after numerous attempts made to get it. Holding on the phone for hours and still no feedback .I even sent a mail on his behalf but still .Why should one suffer in these hard economic times when money is seating on the fund .your urgent feedback will be appreciated
