Dissappointment with alexander forbes poor service

I am extremely frustrated and dissatisfied with the unacceptable level of service I have received from Alexander Forbes regarding my late father’s funds that are due to me.In 2025, I lodged a complaint and was contacted by their team, who requested supporting documents. I fully comp**** and submitted everything required. I was then informed that my case would be investigated. However, since then, there has been complete silence.

Despite numerous follow-ups via email and phone calls, I have been ignored. No updates, no feedback, and no indication that my matter is being treated with the urgency and seriousness it deserves. This lack of communication and accountability is both unprofessional and disrespectful.

This is not just a simple query — it involves funds that I am rightfully entitled to, and the continued delay and disregard raise serious concerns about how Alexander Forbes handles client matters.

If this issue is not addressed urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter further to the relevant regulatory authorities and pursue all available avenues to resolve it. I demand immediate feedback, a clear update on the status of my claim, and a timeline for resolution. This matter has gone on for far too long.
